Some plugins still not visible in 13.1.2?

I’ve upgraded to the latest Windows version but I still can’t “see” some software like Topaz Studio or Nik, but can see and edit with other software like Photoshop just fine. Running Windows 10 and have even reinstalled Nik and Topaz. No luck. 

Appreciate any suggestions, TIA!

  You may want to try running this procedure on the apps that you are not seeing (documented at the below link(.  It has worked for me and others.
