cannot erases images after copying

Hi,

Im importing .CR3 files canon 1dx Mk3 from a CF express card.

Firstly I cannot get it to automatically open the import window when a card is put in the reader and have to manually click the import icon and secondly It will not give me the option to check the erase after import box or the eject card after import box.

The images will import but I have to do everything manually and eject and delete the card in finder.

Im running Mojave and Capture 20  (13.1.3.9)

Any suggestions

  First, whether or not the import window opens after inserting the card, is controlled by a setting in Preferences, General tab, Importing. You might want to check that.

  If it is enabled but still not opening automatically, you have an issue. The issue could relate to the second issue of not being able to delete. Capture One might not recognize the CF card reader with the card as a removable media. Just guessing. You can contact support over this.

  On a side note, I suggest not to delete your images on the card with the computer but with the camera, in general.
