No reply from "Submit a request" Capture One !
I order an update to my 5-SEAT CaptureOne version 10 to version 21, on BLACKFRIDAY30 campaign - Good deal I thought.......but have still not received a new KEY that will open open the new version, and Capture One has closed down my version 10 SW !!!...... 2 days now without any reply from Capture One - "submit an request"
HELP !
P.S. I have been use your software for more than 10+ years, and have never been so angry - 2 days there I could not work on any photo jobs!

If you log in to your C1 account what do you see for a license information?
Was the deal done through FastSpring?

I see a license key to version 20, for 5-seats version, and yes I was through FastSpring!

I have a problem after upgrading to 21 from twenty will not load while connected to internet but will if not on line
I have the new 20/21 licence worked fine on 20 fast spring
I also have had no reply to a request using submit a request

If you were using V10 and now see a key for V20 (as it would have been since V21 was not released at the time) have you tried that key after de-activating V20 on the machine you are upgrading?
In fact did you upgrade from V10 to V20?
How many activations does the page indicate to be remaining as "available"?

I have 5 seats (free) left, and the only key I can see is to Version 20 on my C1 account now!
the issue is that Capture One support do not reply on my question, and even if we are close to X-mas it is normally that you get a reply within a working day.
Anyway let hope support wake up soon ;-) so I can get Capture 21 on all my computers again.
