Exporting

Permanently deleted user

When I export files in either PSD or jpeg, they appear with dark or missing areas in the file. The images are totally unusable and cannot be fixed. I have tried this on several different images and in the two formats I use the most. I can go back and reopen 20, export my files and no problem.

    Unfortunately this is a pretty common problem even with v20.
    C1 was actually asking for feedback on this so "submitting a request" might add to their data base.

    Meanwhile try turning Hardware acceleration OpenCL off (never) in Edit - Preferences - General.

    Also if using Nvidia 1000 or above series card try the studio driver rather than the standard game oriented one.

    Just (for the first time) had the same problem exporting to JPEG, using build 14.2.0.48 or (Version 21) if you want.

    Turning OpenCL to 'Never' for processing solved the problem.

    I have same problem.  Rolling back to v20 seemed to work.  I've sent in a support request, but I'll also try turning OpenCL to "never" also.
