Echoing what everyone else is saying about CaptureOne not working because the subscription has been deactivated. Super frustrating. Thankfully I'm not on set today..
It is time for CaptureOne to offer tech support via chat with the option of speaking on the phone if needed.

Yeah this happened to me on set yesterday and now It's happening to me again while trying to edit through 2 jobs. This is a ridiculous issue that definitely has to do with the crappy invoice management they've tried to implement a few months back - I had ISSUES galore with that and now everyones C1 is deactivating - I hate LR but I absolutely believe this would never happen with Adobe products.

Maybe this is something that could be provided as a service option for people using the Enterprise solution? An enhancement option for the 24hour response offered.
If there is enough demand for it there might be enough revenue available from client commitment to the service to set something up. Possibly tricky to offer worldwide support in multiple languages 24/7/365 using suitably experienced people to cover any question ... but worth asking the question.
Somehow I doubt it based on historic experiences of similar suggestions I have been involved with during my IT career ... but one might hope that things change.
Preferably things that change to cover the cost do not include the base price of the product.
