Is anyone else having trouble getting Cap1 to answer emails. After an automatic acknowledgement, I've heard nothing for days, and my software is dead.

    This is a problems sometimes appear with Capture One - if you don't have a Phase One camera too.

    Did you both use the "Submit a request" option to create a Support case?
