unable to load adjustment mask

Hi,

for some time now I get the message Error Loading Adjustment Mask, and the masks are really not read and used any more.

This really kills my work, hours of ! As a consequence Capture One is not usable any more at all.

Obviously this issue is now know for a long time now, and it seems that many users are affected.

Is there really no fix available?

What's with CO 21, is this released with this same issue from the beginning?

  welcome to the club !  

  I very much stopped using c1 fo editing - too much bugs and and issues. I doubt c1 21 is any better coming from the same people who seem to be unable to fix problems like this, maybe they should have hired more software developer than marketing somethings. been testing  dxo for a while now... no crashes and major issues seems it is possible...

  Is there nobody from CO reading in this forum?

  The issue I described makes CO completely unusable, data gets corrupted. I can't believe this.

  hm, they for sure monitor this forum but also for sure give a f..k about this problem.  acknowledging the issues and bugs of c1  in public would taint the image of greatness they have cultivated so they prefer that you contact their useless support instead where they can ignore the many reported bugs without audience. ;-)
