No way to contact Tech support. License scheme is a scam.
There's no way to conact Tech Support on the C1 website. I have a question about my license. I bought a license for C1 20, but when I launched the app yesterday, it asked me to put in my C1 21 license key which I did and it opened the app. But now, that activation counts toward my C1 21 activations giving me one less than what I paid for. Why did I have to put in a new license key for an old product that I already paid for? They give us functionality 90% of customers will never use while coming up with new ways to pay for it.

Exactly how did you come up with that number? Because to me, it only looks like that is likely to be true if you alone count for 90%.
As to your assertions about "License scheme is a scam" and "No way to contact Tech support", those are patent falsehoods which deserve no reply.

I have one less activation on my account due to the fact that I had to re-activate an older version with a new key. That's not a scam? Show me on their website how to contac tech support? Click on the tech support link at the bottom and all you get is basically an FAQ page.
