PROFILE PASSWORD

I have just finished my 30 day f see trial and gone to a subscription deal.  I have downloaded CP21 and been given a licence key.  But, when I try to activate I ask for a profile password and the system tells me it will email me one.  It doesn't and I am stuck, please help.
