COULD YOU FINALLY FIX THIS ENDLESS SIGNING IN EVERY TIME ???
It is quite unbelievable that this long term issue and annoying troubles with having to sign in every time in a complicated way to this forum is not solved yet - such a simple and essential thing. Please - wake up !

Save the login within your browser functions.

It is saved as all the other logins that normally work. Here you open the page and right up - "sign in". You click on it and either you get and error message or you are transferred to another website where you (after 150 times) fill your email and password, click "remember me" and you are back. Next day the same procedure.

I reported that problem and was told it was browser related (and something to do with using Win 7 and Firefox). It should be resolved using the new MS Edge browser on Windows I was told.
So I now have a Win 10 machine, completely up to date, latest version of Edge - same problem. I saved the login for the forum and it now works as expected.
Solving the problem (about once every 24hours - I assume the cookies update is a daily requirement on access - previously required the deletion of any cookies related to the www.captureone.com domain name. Only that name. Cookies related to captureone.com etc. seem not to be a problem.
Is that also your experience?
I don't believe it is an OS/Browser problem. I have re-activated my previous Support Case with a Follow-up.
(I should perhaps point out the the new machine was not purchased for the sole purpose of fixing this issue!)

I get the JSON error message. Then if I login on the main site and come back I still have to change FirstName LastName every time!! It doesn't inspire me with confidence to buy the software.....

This is a year old! I am having the same problem. It is totally unacceptable . Not only do I have to sign into capture one, I have to find my license key every time. Really this is absurd. Please fix this. Seriously I am a long time user and generally love your product, but not right now.

Sean - it sounds like you are talking about something else. Most of the people in the thread were complaining about having to sign in to the forum (and the problems they have doing that). It sounds as though you are having problems with Capture One itself too. Do you mean that you have to find your licence key every time you try to use the app? If so, is there something amiss with your installation? Are you on Mac or Windows? Does the app have the proper permissions to access folder on your computer?

Hi Ian, Sorry, I was indeed having a nasty problem with Capture One 22 forcing me to log in and then re-enter my license key every time I opened it. In searching for that I accidentally found this one. My mistake. I have to admit I was probably not thinking well due to being frustrated. I eventually found a report in their FAQ, but not in the support list for install. Did a reinstall and solved the problem.
