Phase One P45+ cammera crashes

My Phase one P45+ crashes the new Capture One 21 software each time I tether the camera. Seems to work fine when tethered to my Canon 5D Mark 4 but I have had no luck on either my laptop or my desktop.

was working fine with Capture One 20. I paid for the upgrade but am experiencing major issues.

Urgent help please

  If I’m correct, as a Phase One camera system owner you’re eligible for premium technical support. Check out https://www.phaseone.com/en/SupportMain and find tech support at the end of the page. You’ll get to an answer much, much quicker than here on a user-to-user forum for mere mortals dealing with C1 :-)

  Thanks Emile, yes they have come back to me. Looks like my new Mac Mini with Apple M1 Chip won't support Firewire peripherals.
