My capture one subscription has been deactivated, what happen?

my subscription plan for c1 v21pro can’t use from last Sunday and show me like a subject I post and I cannot activate it to use program then I submit request on the system but not have someone of support team take care my issue anyone got issue like me?
i search in google found someone got this issue like and support team answers about payment system but why it happen on this month after we paid on that system since juy20 please helpme

To be able to use C1 until you get an answer you should get opt for the 30 day trial.0 -
