I have got Capture one 21 pro with annoying startup issues!

Got my upgrade from 20 to 21 and every time I  start it after shutting down I have to register the product with my licens key!

I have thrown it out and reinstalled it with no change to the problem

Please help me out since this is starting to drive me nuts!

  PC or MAC? Also have you logged into your C1 account and deactivated all your licenses?
