Upgrade Issues

Hello

Has anyone had any issues from upgrading from a single use license to Pro 21? I upgraded but when I entered my licenses key it says it does not exist even though I paid for the upgrade.

Any help would be appreciated.

    you are probably trying your old license number
    when upgraded you get a new number

    Yeah I’m definitely using the new number I was given from the confirmation email . Copied and pasted it and nothing .

    I finally got it to work using the lookup function from the app.  I had to change my password and for some reason, even though I was using my correct password prior to changing it, that seemed to do the trick.  I hope that helps if you are having trouble still.
