Second user license
As a longtime user of Capture One i do think its fair for those of us that have supported C1 from the beginning should either get a price break or a second license for free. I want to support this company and exceptions should be made for those of us that continually use two licenses.

My understanding was that if you upgraded to Capture One 21, then despite its changed numbers of licences, you retained your rights to the number you were entitled to previously.

No. Capture One 20 and prior provided 3 seats. I'm done with this company. Now the pricing increase of 25% and 36% on the Pro and individual camera versions respectively. They don't want customers.
