upgrade from Capture One 12 to 20

Hello

I upgraded laptop with Capture One 12 with Windows 7 to new laptop with Windows 10 version/upgrade 20H2.I am very disappointed that version 12 does not run under the current Windows OS. Is possible to upgrade from Capture One 12 to 20, no to 21 ?  I tried to deactivate version 12 on an old laptop several times. it is not working. The problem is connecting to your server. Thanks.   Just log in to your account and choose Upgrade ... that will tell you the options you have.
