    The email you must have received tells you how to locate and download the beta.

    Hi, The e-mail to me told me only to find this beta in my account in the „beta section“.

    Sorry, but i can not find the beta section 🙁

    When you have logged in to your account, click on the profile icon in the top bar, scroll down to the section called 'Capture One Beta'.

    April, I have managed to solve the issue I had with the Activation of the beta.

    The Beta needs to use the user's personal keycode for COP.  The Beta keycode that is shown on the download page is not effective.

    Is there a Beta forum where we can log-in to discuss issues with other testers.  We are not meant to discuss Beta in the Main forum!

    Jonathan,

    There has been such a place since well before V21 started.

    If your accounts for C1 and the Forum log in are correctly aligned you should see the relevant section when you access the forum.

    If not ... do you have 2 or more accounts and /or different logins created over a period of extended involvements with using C1?

    Sorry but I cant see it. Unless I am looking in the wrong place.

    I asked to be given access to the Beta forum area during the last test cycles but it seems to be lost in the ether!!

    @SFA I may have multiple accounts as I have been using COP since v7 and I have changed my email address several times.

    My account here and my COP login are linked with the same (current) email address so hopefully it can resolved quickly as it is very difficult to get help in the Beta process if there is an application failure as the logs are not captured!!

    Send a message to Capture One requesting access using the Submit a request link.  Only they can give you access.

    I followed a link provided by customer support and downloaded the program and it opened fine.  The program runs very nicely on my M1 Mac.
