Lens profile Canon EF 100-400mm L IS II with 1.4x Teleconverter III

Could not see how to add to the existing lens profile post as recommended by Yulia at C1 Support (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360012937417-Lens-profiles-requests-suggestions-). So until such time as I can get my hands on a RF 100-500mm IS L, how about adding a combined profile for the Canon EF 100-400mm L IS II with 1.4x Teleconverter III?
