Problems with Image duplication when creating PDF contact sheets

Trying to make pdf contact sheets capture 21 on a mac. Used to work perfect in capture one 11. When I pull the files in to make a contact sheet, there seems to always be one or two images that will repeat. Names stay correct but image repeats over an image next to it. Tried moving the images but just seems to keep happening in other areas. Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated have clients waiting on contact sheets

I just tried this and it’s working okay for me. I am wondering if it is picking up variants or jpg versions of raw files. If so there is an option in Preferences to exclude those from showing in the browser.

Thanks for looking at this... In this instance the way I'm using capture one is to pull in a folder that has tiff files that i'm retouching. When I get to the final files I create a PDF contact sheet of the final tiff files. It worked perfectly in capture one 11. But now that I'm trying it in 21 it almost alway repeats one of the images and puts it over another file name. I tried everything i could think of to get this to work. Even just moving the files around in order will maybe fix it but usually another files does the same thing?

If you can replicate it in a screen recording, you could submit a request to support and ask if it is a bug and they will look into it.

I did a very crude quick time recording but it's 7 megs which won't fit in this field as well as format is not permitted to be added.
Is there somewhere else that I can upload file to be reviewed?
