    Your cursor tool toolbar is lost or are the tools not working?

    View>Toolbar toggles the toolbar on and off. If the toolbar is on, but some of the tools are missing, you can right click the toolbar, and choose Customise Toolbar (or go to View>Customise Toolbar). Either drag back to the toolbar the ones you need, or perhaps the easiest thing is to use the option to drag the default set to the toolbar.
