Problem Import

Moin together, I have a following problem. I work with co 21, until recently everything was fine, but now I can not import photos.
The program carefully deleted, reinstalled, unfortunately that did not help, I can not make imports.
CO 21 shows me the photos, I can also select, when I press import, I get from my Mac the message, Capture One does not respond.
Do you have any idea?
