Capture One 21 (14.0.2) - Problem altering toolbar on Mac Big Sur

I'm having problems customizing the toolbar in Capture One 21. When I attempt to drag an icon to my toolbar, it doesn't appear. Then closing and reopening Capture One set it to a random setup and I still cannot add other icons. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Seems fine here with Big Sur 11.2.1 on a Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014 iMac running C1 14.0.2.49.
