Healing sometimes leaks visual featueres of nearby image areas into my target area
... like: it brightens up since there is a nearby brighter area, or it spills a nearby color tone into the area that I want to heal. Mostly the tool does an extremely good job, but sometimes the guesses it must do are bad. Sometimes therefore I use the clone tool instead, but that sometimes is simply the wrong tool, so that, sometimes I just give up.

Don't forget that with a heal you can
- shift the source point that Capture One has chosen for you, or
- choose your own source point in the first place, by clicking with Alt/Option held down, just like you can do with a clone.
... both of which might improve the result.
