Capture One Support
Unlike Adobe, Capture One either doesn't have a phone number for Support or have hidden it very well. There are occasions where on-line Help just doesn't cut it. Don't think I'll be renewing my subscription.

Put in a request 3 days ago. Not even an email reply.
Lousy customer service.

I'm fairly new to C1 and earlier this week I emailed support with an issue with my account log in and received a reply the next day. It was a fairly simple problem so technical support issues may take longer for them to address. Just thought I'd mention it.
