Process desn't work.

Hello, 

My configuration: Mac Pro late 2013,

Big Sur 11.2.2

3,5 GHz Intel Xeon E5 6 cœurs

64 Go 1866 MHz DDR3

When I want to process my photos, nothing happens whatever the desired output: jpeg, tiff .....

I uninstalled the software then reinstalled, I disabled hardware acceleration, nothing helped.

I can only edit with another software....

Do you have an idea.

    Could you tell us precisely what you are doing to process the images? Are you using the Export approach or are you using a process recipe? Are you working in a catalog or a session?

    Catalog or Session it works with export variant approach and not with Process recipe.

    I submitted a support case.

    So in your process recipe, what is specified in the two fields I have highlighted here?

    I just upgraded to C21 and I have the same problem. I can't process the images. And all my settings are ok. With or without Open CL nothing works. Have you found a solution?

    with a full reinstallation describe here How to uninstall Capture One? it works again, but sometimes it doesn't work anymore, so a full reinstallation .... there is something that escapes me and not just seems to me......
