HDR, stitching, Panorama, combining images: RECENT SURVEY REQUEST
Dear Lily et al,
I've been using CO since the demise of Aperture. I just completed the little survey requested by e-mail on this topic.
That survey is badly designed, I think. I agree with the poster that these features are highly desirable, in fact essential from my point of view.
The survey asked if I regularly use other software that does these things, and I replied that I don't. This will probably give the impression that I don't need these features. However, I am probably one of many of your skilled amateur users that hasn't got the time or resources to have Photoshop, etc.
But I would desperately love to have a workflow in CO that allows combining images.
In summary, I think your survey results may give you the impression that combining images in CO is not so important to your users, but I'm pretty sure most of us would REALLY LOVE to have this feature. Please pass on to your developers.
Many thanks.

I absolutely agree with the comments from John regarding the design of the survey. I too would love to have the ability to create panoramas directly with CO. Having Focus stacking would be really great too.

Hi there,
I did not hear about this survey. However, I strongly do support the request for the feature of doing panoramas within C1. I am still working with C1 version 11. If a coming C1 version would provide panorama stitching within C1, I would definitely do the upgrade.
Kind regards,

I need enhanced stitching features, even if that means improved integration with Microsoft ICE or PTGUI or the stitching feature in Affinity Photo.

I would truely love real Layers/ stacking/blending. I would use that a lot.

HDR is a must for me, right now my workflow is complicated due to missing this feature. I have to juggle around multiple software and for me is quite common to have multiple bracket files for landscape photography and archicture.
