Bug discovered during Recipe Processing in new 14.1 update.

When I click on the Process button, the bar to the left starts the process then stops before reaching the 50% mark.  The photo does not process when I look in the selected folder.  Happens in all recipes and it just started after the 14.1 update.  I rebooted PC too and that did not resolve the problem.

Win10 Pro 20H2

i7, 32GB RAM, SSD, nVidia GTX 1070

  You should probably contact Support, and they may ask to see your log files, because as far as I know processing works fine in 14.1 for most of us. (It certainly does for me.) I assume from what you say that you had it working OK before this particular update.

  Keith,

  Is this the first time you have run Output Processing since updating to 21.1?

  If so check the Preferences related to Hardware Acceleration.  There should be an indication there about whether Hardware acceleration is active or not.

  If it is NOT active, turn on the Activities window (Window Menu) and re-run the Output process. Does anything appear there? 

  Also, in the Batch tool, make sure the Batch is running. You should get a message if it is not but Windows might not have brought that to the top of open windows on the screen. 

  If you have any previous Batch history it might be helpful to clear it to see if that makes any difference.

  If none of those suggestions prove to be useful then some deeper analysis starting with the log files (as Ian has already suggested) would likely be the next step.
