Import: "The document could not be opened because there is not enough space"

Hi

I got this message when importing images as "Add to Catalog": "The document could not be opened because there is not enough space". I do have space available; 3TB out of 4TB on my external drive, where the capture one 21 catalog (free trial is located).

What I should do? Why I am getting the message?
