Watermark (image) size unchanged when cropping

Hi. I can't find a way to maintain a proportional size of the watermark when I crop the image. Suppose I crop 80% of the photo, the watermark looks overwhelmingly big.

I can't find the trick to keep the proportions even. I'm on the latest build of C1 20.
