So many things not working on C1pro21

    Sorry James, Im not sure what you are asking. I tried to make a contact sheet as I always do and nothing happens. I tried to shut the program down and nothing happens. The only way I can shut it down is to do a force shutdown. Im using a Mac computer with BigSur and Im using Capture one Pro 21. I dont know really what else to say. When I quit 21 and go back to 20, everything works just as it should. Im on a trial version of 21 so that may make a difference but, Capture One has always had full versions of any "trial' program. 

    Maybe just ask me specifics that I have not included here and I can answer then. Thanks for the help.

    Hi,

    Sure so I think the issue is having both versions on the same computer, this caused problems for me and others in this forum. In many cases the best to solve it is to fully remove C1 and reinstall, when I say fully remove I mean use a program like findanyfile. I think this will solve your problem.

    I can't seem to find it, but I recently replied to a previous post with some detailed instructions, this often fixes these inter version issues.

    Im only on the trial version of 21 so I dont want to get rid of 20 yet. Also I have had 12 and 20 on my computer since 20 came out and it has worked fine. Maybe Ill just get rid of 12 for now until I buy 21.
