Capture One Nikon Subscription Upgrade to Full Subscription
Two days ago I purchased the Nikon Subscription and realized shortly afterwards that I needed to purchase the full subscription. It seems there is no way to upgrade the subscription for the additional $30; but rather I have to cancel the Nikon subscription and then purchase the full camera subscription. Seems really awkward to do it this way. I have sent emails to Capture One and to their third party subscription provider but have not heard back. So now I have contacted the credit card company to delete the pending charge. This seems unnecessarily difficult and I am not impressed with the lack of any support through the Capture One company in this regard. I really like the software but am now questioning my decision to even use their software if they have virtually no support for something as simple as this.

This is primarily a User to User community.
I think your best option would be to contact the appropriate C1 department using the "Submit a request" option (found on the top line of this page and most pages in the Community area) to see if they can offer a way around the outsourced and automated order processing system.
