Moving images up in hierarchy
I've imported a fairly large selection of images into Capture One. The folder arrangement looks like this (in schematic form)
Year Folder
Trip Folder
Day One Images
Day Two Images
Trip2 Folder
Day One Images
Day Two Images
Capture One doesn't appear to have the ability for me to simply select "Year Folder" and see all the images contained within the hierarchy beneath it. So I want to merge all the images into the "Year Folder" by dragging them from the browser up to "Year Folder." But that doesn't work. I'm not allowed to do it. It APPEARS that C1 doesn't want to mix images and folders within a container folder.
Is this correct? Is there a better way to flatten a set of folders so all the contents of the hierarchy can be together? I can do this with a Smart Collection but there are some issues.
Thanks for thoughts!

Suggestion. Create an album. Add the images you want to see together to the album. If you images are dated correctly you can do this with a smart album matching "Date - Year" is on whatever year you want for that album.
I have a user collection folder called "By Year" with smart albums for each year inside that folder.
