Showing where the lens was focused in an image
Hi: I have used Nikon View NX-i which displays the exact point where the camera lens was focused as the image was captured. Does Capture One Pro 21 have this functionality and if so, what camera models does it support?

No, there isn't, yet, to my knowledge.

Well, there is something "kind of", using the contrast detection.
It results in painting the "sharp" zones in green.View > Focus MaskBut it is nowhere as accurate as the focus point of your camera - just gives an indication for fast checking.
