Why is copy/apply greyed out?

Any clue why copy/apply is greyed out?

Tried to work out but can't.

While I'm on the subject, Capture One you really need to make copy paste adjustments simpler and more intuitive.  It's ridiculously too complicated at the moment.

    Hi Miles,

    I use the "icon only" menu bar so it looks like a double arrow.

    I think you have to click on the adjustments that should be copied…
