Edit in Photoshop - Not Saving Changes

Since I last updated C1 (latest version) when I "Edit With" Photoshop, my changes in the photoshop edit are not showing in C1.  They are clearly there in PS, and if I manually import the edited file, it shows the changes. But if I just Edit With, then Save in PS and close PS, I get a clone of the image without any of the changes I made in PS.

Any suggestions?
