Finish with 30 day trial but can't access to any account info to buy the software

I just finished the 30 day trial but when I go to my account I cant access to any account information without going through a weird Norton security box asking for my email, which didn't arrive. Is that Norton box legit?

I wanted to see if the trial showed up under Order History, Upgrade License, or Manage Licenses.

Where I should go if I want to buy after having the 30 days trial?

Also, are there any discounts on purchase for trial users?

  Any Norton security box is most likely be be from anti-virus software on your computer.  Or possibly some malware mimicking anti-virus software.

  I think the link you want to use to purchase Capture One can be found on this page: https://www.captureone.com/en/products-plans/single-user

  Clicking on the appropriate "buy or subscribe" button will give you the various purchase options.  I do not know if there are any active discounts for Capture One.
