Compressed raw files are fine, but uncompressed raw files are very inaccurate. Increasing exposure creates a green color cast on black. If you look at the RGB value of Black, which has increased the exposure value, the red is very low and the green is high. As a result, Cyan and Green Colorcasts are very severe.

However, where you have some specific examples as you have posted a Support Case may be more appropriate as a way to check and possibly adjust the discrepancy you have observed.
