Cant find an email or phone number for customer support?
Hello, I'm wanting to move away from Adobe Lightroom after 15 years of using them due to instability issues with their cloud service. I downloaded a free trial of Capture One years ago but never had the chance to try it out. Upon downloading a trial today I was notified that my trial had expired. Is there any way I can actually try this software? Does this company have any customer support?

Initially, you need to submit a support request (upper right hand corner of this page). They will reply via internet. Forum members have commented occasionally on talking to support, but my experience is they do not engage in real time communication like Apple. If they do, it will be their choice somewhere down the line in resolving your issue.

You just need to change the Activation code.
Depending on which version of C1 you have now you may also wish to update to a newer version.
