Could not read session data

I'm trying to open a session that was saved with Capture One 14.1.0.220 but the version I'm running on is 14.2.0.136.

 

How would I be able to open this session? I tried opening it from the physical location or the location I saved it from which is from my hard drive but it would not open. Is there another way?

  There should be no difficulty in opening it. What are you doing to open it and what problem are you encountering? For me, it just opens if I select it from the recents list in Capture One, or if I navigate to the session file in the file system and double-click it. (For sessions from even older versions of Capture One, it might need to convert the session to version 21, but not from 14.1 to 14.2, I think.)
