"Events" message- "Could not find ICC profile process for Recipe"

Hi,

Has anyone received the above (in Title) message?  I don't really use recipes all that much. I only have one that I created and I seldom use it.  The message now comes up as an "event" every time I launch Capture One.

Any thoughts on how to correct this "event"?

  Work out which Recipe is active.

  See which ICC profile it is referring to.

  Look for the profile on your system.

  Is it perhaps something that has started after a system upgrade, system hardware upgrade or software change?
