Option to select default Catalog Keyword Library in the Process Recipe tool

I’d like to use the Catalog Keyword Library as a main keyword source for photos in the catalog because changes in keywords or their structure are "linked" with photos (unlike keywords from shared libraries) and then use Shared Libraries as optional sources which I may or may not include in exported files (for example names of people which I don’t want to see in photos uploaded to web etc.). But if I choose Keywords "From..." in a Process Recipe I can only select shared libraries and keywords from default catalog library are not included at all. So I have to choose "All" (I don’t want to) or use shared libraries only but it’s pretty clumsy. Allowing to choose whether include keywords from Catalog Library or not would solve this problem.
