I would like to see the update first - it is nowhere to find on C1 servers, nor via the "check for updates" from the app...
And apparently still no Metal for the "normal" Macs, according the YouTube description ?

That’s strange - my email states “A new update is coming - get a first look!”. Date and time for that first look is as Keith says.

I have used Capture One For since version 8, and we get along quite well, but why the excitement about this latest teaser? If the update were to eliminate the slider lag, and excessive time to bring images into full resolution when moving from one image to the next, I'd be excited. Even more so, if it brought real hardware acceleration to intel Macs. I don't see anything about these core functions in the update teaser. Until then, I am not going to get too excited about an update.

Metal compatibility for Intel Macs is on its way.
And with the same certitude, I can guess that the release will be 12/2020 or 01/2021. Yes, you have it: it will be part of the next PAYING update...
Intel-owners are so many, it would be stupid to not use that for a "good cause", no ?
M1-owners were just for the show, no real cash-in.1
