Color Chart Calibration Request

I know this has been requested for years and I am amazed that nothing has been done up to this point. Calibrating a camera and lens with a color chart (ex. Color Checker Passport) is a FUNDAMENTAL step in the digital workflow. The XRite Color Checker software still does not work with Capture One properly and other programs, such as, Davinci Resolve, have this calibration built into their software already. I am aware of the other options out there but for a company, like Phase One, to not have color chart calibration in the software itself, is an embarrassment. It is a critical piece to accurate color. Please integrate it into Capture One.

  I am having the same problems since over 2 years now, including a submitted support ticket.

  Still unresolved, and I totally need to see this in a professional image editing software. (Using X-rite Passport Video)

  I have expressed somewhere else in the forum that I like HDR and Pano features are coming into C1 but I fully agree that color management and raw conversion features including effective and efficient camera calibration/profiling, soft-proofing, NR etc. are core features of a professional raw developer like C1 and should have the highest priority and C1 should be industry leading in that area.

  Please add support for X-Rite Color Checker Passport Photo 2/Video and SpyderCHECKR. Color calibration is often a must have for product photography.

  Color calibration should be easy to integrate into the C1 workflow without the need to use external tools. After importing all photos from a shooting, there shall be the posibility to select a photo with the Color Checker on it and one click color profile generation from the selected photo. It shall be possible to have multiple color calibration profiles as it can happen that there are different light situations during a shooting (e.g., when shooting at different places in a hotel room, natural window light and artifical light sources may be mixed differently).

  It would be helpful if there is an optional possibility to assign color calibration profiles to C1 albums as these profiles are often only valid for a single shooting (however, not always the case).
