C1 14.3 crashes consistently with dual monitor setup

I have an interesting problem:

I have a dual monitor setup with a 4K and 8K monitor.  I use the 4K monitor for tools and browser and the 8K for the viewer.  This has worked well enough over the past few months with the 14.2 build

With 14.3, I can open only 1 catalogue at a time.  The moment I open a second catalogue or session (it can be empty), C1 will crash.

After a few experiments, I have found I can open multiple sessions only if I start up using a  single monitor workspace setup.  Open the various sessions/catalogues, and then switch to the dual monitor workspace. 

I'm wonndering if anybody else has a simiular issue.
