    Jouni,

Log in to your account at Capture One and you should be able to access the Upgrade options that are available to you.

If you now purchase an upgrade you will receive a new license/activation code.

If you install the version for the new license (say V21) you will be able to activate V21 or V20 with the new code and the old V20 code will stop working.

Or you can download V21 as a Trial and activate it for 30 days using a trial activation code. Just be careful not to convert all of your sessions or catalogues in case you decide not to buy the update after the trial.

Hi, when I opened CO pro I today, I got msg, there is upgrade with reduced price. I go further and see upgrade from COp 20 to COp 21. ' Your price is '  209€. What I understand, this is not reduced price for upgrade, or is it?

Then about that other advice SFA above, to see what is my situation in ugrading. When I log in, I see nothing  about upgrading there. My actual licence comes from about late 2019 or early 2020.

I should like to know, how much it should cost to upgrade it now, what is normal price and what is reduced price for me?  jouni suomalainen

    Jouni,

I think the "reduced price" is a reference to an upgrade price, from the previous version, which is about 1/2 the price a full new licence purchase would be. In other words it is not something that looks like a reduced UPGRADE price. SUch pfferes have, historically, involved voucher codes for additional percentage discounts off whatever the current upgrade price might be.

That "your price" offer is , in my expereince, exaclty what I would expect to see if I had accessed the "Upgrade" offer options from my login account. So I'm not sure what you might be missing, if anything.

Thanks SFA. for your answer. What I see, it has been so, I can jump over one Yearly update, if I don't take the second year update, then I must pay the whole price, is it still same?

When update 21 came it didn't have so much new, so I jumped it over. Now I have feeling they have worked more for new features.

I can not see my situation anywhere. If I log in, there is nothing about this, jouni
