14.3 Exporting Multiple Images

Obviously the new exporting "feature" isn't good but is there no way to export multiple images at once? I highlight them all and click on the export panel for the popup but only the first one shows up. Any help would be great. Hopefully, this isn't the case...

    If I select multiple images and hit the export button all of the selected images are ready to export. I can toggle between browser only or viewer with browser filmstrip using the G key.   The export button looks like this:

    I had five images selected.  Also, it didn't make any difference if "Edit Selected" was on or off.

    I wonder what you are doing different?

    Thank you so much for the help! It was an exporting variant issue that was causing it.

    Hi Matthew

    I am trying to export multiple images and have the same problem - I select ten but only one shows. 

    I have not been able to find out what you mean by "exporting variant issue", so a totally stuck.  Have managed to export one image, only 234 more to go!!!  Sometimes "improvements" are anything but... :-(

    Hey Pat, 

    I just took another look to try to re create the issue but can't figure out how, unfortunately. I just remember it was something that was enabled (I thought near the preview window) that was not supposed to be. At this point, in your case I would just update to the newest version where they bring back the export tab. Hopefully that solves the issue. I haven't tried it out yet though.

    I have been having the same issue and not just with exporting but with anything that has to be done to multiple images. I am on the latest version but it's still happening. Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't.

    I'm experiencing the same issue, very frustrating. It's probably something very simple, but not obvious. I'm also on the latest version, the latest update didn't help.

    Fixed it! You have to enable the "Edit Selected" tab in the tool bar to export multiple images. Not very intuitive as I wouldn't consider exporting to be editing.

    I am not at my laptop at the moment but I hope I can fix this issue with the ‘edit selected’ tab as it’s been driving me mad. I want to be out taking pics and not sat for hours at my desk😡 If I can’t get this sorted I will definitely be going back to LR and not upgrading to 22 ever!
