Export filenaming (job name gone?)

Hi C1 team,

I have a question regarding setting up filenaming on exports with the new export module.

I used to give my export batch (web and high res export) and folders a 'job name' where it would create a filename format like this: YYYYMMDD-JOBNAME-COUNTER-FILENAME.jpg.

 

Now, the only way I can do this is by editing the filename format preset for every export. This is absolutely horrible, since you have to open the File Name preset dialog as well to do this.

Am I overlooking some new/better option? Please tell me so.

 

Next to that I would also like to file a complaint about the new 'export screen' which is absolutely useless. Workflow/speed wise, having all steps/tabs in the same 'main' screen is just so much simpler and better. I would understand the requirement for a seperate screen if you would've ADDED tools or functionality that doesn't fit in the tab - but instead you have REMOVED functionality. What is going on?????

  Came here with the same issue.  I cant believe they thought it was a good idea to remove this functionality.  I dont care if we have an export window, thought I MASSIVELY prefer the export tab, there's no way functionality should be removed!
