Issue: C1 5.1.0 serious activation issue on subscription license

I did some attempts but cannot activate C1 15.1.0 with subscription license.

C1 software itself reject the subscription license but web site shows my license is accepted.

Clearly something wrong on C1 15.1.0 about subscription license.

 

Honestly I cannot believe this important process was done in minor revision change.

  Yes, they have changed the activation process.
  Better 'submit a request' about it:
  https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
