Tools Tab Enhancements - Reset All Tools and Solo Mode

  1. Rest option at Tool Tab level to reset all Tools belong to the active Tool Tab.
  2. Solo mode option to enable always one Tool in Tools tab is expanded, but not be applicable to floating tools. Add this option as global preference inside Preference >> General
