Where are the files you are trying to import?

The message identifies that you are telling C1 to use the files from where they are stored at the moment. That will make them "Referenced" files  - but C1 may think the place they are referenced to is not appropriate - like a memory card in a camera, for example, when somewhere on a system or network disk with full read/write access would be advisable.

Oops, that's definitely my issue. I didn't realize I was importing from my memory card rather than my hard drive. Thank you! Silly mistake.
